A COMMUNITY council is looking for ideas on how to spend its windfarm cash. Colvend and Southwick has £16,000 available for projects from E.ON’s Robin Rigg payments. Anybody who thinks they have a worthwhile project which requires funding and which would benefit the community should go along to a drop-in meeting at Colvend hall on Tuesday between 2pm and 9pm. Anyone unable to attend the meeting can prepare a simple proposal and post it to Mrs Sue Gourlay, Barend House, Sandyhills, Dalbeattie DG5 4NU.
