THE CASTLE Douglas IT Centre celebrates its 15th birthday on Wednesday. From 2pm onwards the public is invited to go along and try out the facility with former learners meeting at 6pm for an evening of drinks, buffet and demonstrations. The centre offers training for the complete beginner through to the more advanced. Courses can be certificated for recognition by employers or undertaken just for fun and personal achievement. Many courses can be funded through the ILA Scotland scheme and the IT suite is open on a flexible access basis. |
