The Orangerie @ Marrbury is an intimate restaurant for adults only with the
idea being that you can come along, enjoy good food and drink in beautiful
surroundings.
The restaurant is part of Marrbury Smokehouse, a traditional Scottish
smokehouse where you can watch the food being prepared, buy luxury smoked foods
in the shop and where you can dine in the scenic splendour of a countryside that
time forgot.
Dining in the wonderfully open-aired conservatory you could enjoy a light
lunch of smoked salmon and champagne or watch the sun set over the green hills
while enjoying the opulent smoked foods on offer.
Some examples of the fine dishes on offer are Smoked Peppered Duck Breast on
a bed of herb leaves, with a Sweet Onion Coulis, Fillet of Fresh Wild Cree
Salmon in a Dill and White Wine Cream with poached grapes or even Supreme of
Marrbury Chicken stuffed with Owen Local haggis.
The restaurant is the perfect place to get away from it all and also a
beautiful location for courting lovers to come and enjoy fantastic food.
The restaurant is open for lunch Tuesday to Friday from 11am until 2pm and
Saturday from 10am until 2pm. All dinners at night have to be reserved by
